March 30, 2010 (LPAC)-- The war of the degenerate British Empire against the human race flared out into the open big-time yesterday, with the latest suicide bombings in Moscow. Lyndon LaRouche responded by pointing an accusatory finger directly at British Intelligence, adding that the intent was to discredit the Russian government in the eyes of the Russian people, in order to accomplish the broader imperial aims of the destruction of the Russian nation, a crucial member of LaRouche's Four Power alliance.

At the same time, the British drive for the destruction of the United States, through deploying militia groups, and using Obama's ego to set him up for assassination, is coming to the fore, with a target date of April 19. We're dealing with unabashed British stooges, masquerading as "patriots," and avowedly nurtured by the case-officer for anti-Clinton operations, Ambrose Evans-Pritchard. We can blow this sky high!

But victory cannot come simply by blowing Britain's operations, as essential as that function is. LaRouche: Look to British Intelligence Behind the Moscow Bombings

March 29 (LPAC)—The bloody attacks on the Moscow subway system today, which have killed 38 and injured over 100 people, led Lyndon LaRouche to make the following statement:

"Based on the facts presented, from what we believe to be competent sources, this is a threat to the Russian people, in order to demonstrate that the Russian government cannot protect the people. It's an attempt to discredit the Russian government, and show its vulnerability. I am looking at complicity, behind the scenes, by British intelligence."

"This is not a couple of loose nuts," LaRouche added. "This action has a mission orientation. That mission is to discredit the government's ability to provide security, and it is particularly aimed at Vladimir Yakunin, President of Russian Railways."

Preliminary reports, as confirmed by Russian media, are that there were two rush-hour bombings of the Moscow subway system this morning, allegedly by suicide bombers. While no confirmed claims of responsibility have been made, security services are pointing to the perpetrators being terrorist groups with connections to the North Caucasus region, who have previously deployed suicide bombers, and are among the suspects in the high-profile bombing of the Moscow-St. Petersburg Nevsky Express train in November 2009.

The guerrillas operating in Chechnya, in Dagestan, and throughout Russia's North Caucasus have a known profile of sponsorship by British intelligence sources, including collaboration with the Saudi Wahhabite sect, and have been consistently exposed as such by EIR magazine.

The immediate response by President Dmitri Medvedev was to identify the fact that attacks such as these were planned in such a way as to maximize damage and to "achieve a destabilization of the country and society." He, and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who was traveling in Siberia, emphasized, during emergency meetings held today, their determination to pursue the terrorists relentlessly.

New York Times is Voice for British Genocide Policy in Haiti

March 29, 2010 (LPAC)—Three days before the March 31 general conference of "donors" for catastrophe-struck Haiti, the Sunday New York Times, in its lead editorial, tried to pre-empt the decision of that conference on behalf of British imperial genocide policy against Haiti's people. The editorial, "Making Haiti Whole," no doubt reflected White House decisions for the donors' conference policy.

"The plans to be presented this week," announced the Times imperially, will be "ideas like these." The first idea, "Transparency, accountability, effectiveness," means to the Times and no doubt to Obama's White House that aid should go through "a multi-donor trust run by the World Bank." The second idea, "Haitian involvement," does NOT involve the Haitian government — an "interim recovery authority" would be a committee of NGOs and similar groups, at arms' length from the Haitian government, which might, in a few years if the government is very good, start to report to Haiti's Prime Minister. And the idea of "self-sufficiency" means, in this British intention, "modest investments in the garment industry," repeating disastrous experiments with globalization which have destroyed Haiti.

Without immediate relocation of the Haitian capital's gravely endangered population to newly built areas with newly built infrastructure away from Port-au-Prince, mass death threatens, as Lyndon LaRouche alone has had to courage to warn publicly, and repeatedly.

"Maybe," LaRouche said today about the Times editorial, "they should fire all the literate reporters on the Times — it could be a way to improve the paper, on the cheap.

Bill Clinton: 20,000 to 40,000 Could Die in Haiti Now If Not Moved To Higher Ground

March 29, 2010 (LPAC)—In an impassioned presentation to NGOs and donors operating in Haiti on March 24, Special Envoy Bill Clinton said that 20,000 to 40,000 people could die if they are not moved to higher ground. "We gotta get those people out of there now," he said.

"Here's the problem. If they die, our concern about the services we were going to provide them two weeks from now, won't sound very good.... I am pleading with you, if you can do anything about this now." Clinton said that the necessary action will not come from some grand centralized effort, but must be done now by those who have the means to help.

The difficulty with a centralized effort is that President Barack Obama turned down the emergency action needed more than one month ago.

On Feb. 22, Lyndon LaRouche called upon the Obama administration to offer the Haitian government the logistical capability of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to carry out precisely that urgent relocation in the centralized fashion required to save the 1.3 million lives in imminent danger of dying from mass epidemics of dengue, cholera, malaria, typhoid and other diseases during the coming rainy season. A few days later, LaRouche PAC learned that senior U.S. political figures had presented such a proposal to the White House on their own. The proposal was rejected out of hand. Instead, despite the foreseeable second humanitarian catastrophe of mass death through disease, the U.S. military capabilities deployed to Haiti for the relief effort were ordered to begin their pull-out. LaRouche asked then: how many Haitians must die before we impeach President Obama?

Now, more than five weeks later, the rainy season is here, and as the former President warned in his speech at New York University's Rosenthal Pavillion, mass death could strike at any time. "Nobody knows what the weather is going to do. Maybe we'll catch a huge break," he said. "But every day we leave people in a low camp at risk of flooding, when we don't have to, is a day we put their lives at risk."

Clinton noted also that the chief U.S. Army engineer in Haiti has said that encampments that typically get high winds, but won't flood out, are at risk to hurricanes. "A 40-mile-an-hour wind could blow down a lot of those places there," said the former President. He said he is trying to get at least one big hurricane-resistant building to be erected in each of the camps. Clinton urged the NGOs and others to work with the government of Haiti in its efforts to "decentralize and decompress" Port-au-Prince. Aid, he said, must be used to support the government and its plans to rebuild. The NGOs must adopt as their mission "to work ourselves out of a job" in Haiti, by strengthening its capacity to become self-sufficient.

There could be no reasonable objection to stating that the so-call “health bill” just rammed through by President Barack Obama, is a carbon copy of the original form of what became notorious as the wartime practice of genocide by Adolf Hitler. Indeed, the very essence of the argument put forward by President Obama is treasonous attack on the great principle of the Preamble of the U.S. Federal Constitution.

The essence of the matter is that President Barack Obama, just like Adolf Hitler, has shown himself incapable of distinguishing between a human being and a roasted goose for someone’s dinner.

As for the culpable members of the U.S. Congress who made themselves complicit in this Hitler-like crime against humanity, in the main, they acted not as men or women, but as barnyard chickens, hoping that they were not next on the table.

So, like the children who fall victims of sodomy, they are denied their humanity in the same disregard for the distinction of human being from barnyard beast. All of thus goes to show, that the great defect of U.S. morality today, is the people who are supporting Obama, are like the men who practice sodomy on children, like President Obama, lack a clear understanding of the difference between man and a beast misused for their entertainment.

The origin of the issue posed here, has been a subject of my continued attention since a time, several decades ago, when I was first briefed confidentially on the official side of the matter of habitual sexual misconduct among some members of the U.S. Catholic clergy. It is now the failure to have remedied that problem then, which has permitted a worse than merely humiliating, ricoheting set of consequences for the clergy not only in the U.S.A., but internationally.

It is the failure to get at the root of the infection which must be addressed. Pederasty amid the clergy today, is, unfortunately, only among the least of the problems to be remedied; monarchy, for example, can be much worse. What I have to say on this subject will, assuredly, not only astonish you, but is perfectly true, as you shall read here in these pages of his report.

To begin, I refer to a recent broadcast interview of the BBC with Father Brian D’Arcy, on the subject of allegations of pederasty among Irish priests.

The actual issue so posed by an errant member of the clergy, is not that of “sex” as such, but, rather, abuse of minors. Calling it “a sexual problem,” is like blaming the footprint for the foot. The manner in which this matter has been treated publicly has been largely a way of attempting to divert attention from the actually murderous intentions of those who have done the most to promote these exposures, an intention which is by no means confined to the subject of the reported abuses themselves. In this case, those kinds of reports are a worse offense than what is, admittedly, the actual disease.

On a still deeper level of the issues involved, this scandal-mongering has been used, actually, as a device for concealing the actual disorder which that behaviorist practice merely symptomizes; the sexual problem, insofar as it might be identified by a mere symptom, forewarns us to seek out the much deeper, frequently hidden issue of a more pervasive problem, a deeply-rooted spiritual problem of both science and society in general.

Thus, the starting-place, but not the purpose of this report, is, the following.

Although it has been widely alleged, that the problem is one specific to the internal affairs of the Catholic Church; that allegation is not merely exaggerated, but misleading. Without denying the very ugly truth about some of these allegations, the exploitation of those scandals, has been a calculated pretext which has been exploited, as a diversionary tactic currently deployed by the proponents of that program of planet-wide genocide promoted by the Duke of Edinburgh’s World Wildlife Fund.

Although celibacy is indicated as a factor in these reported cases, such offenses are not, categorically, a problem among the clergy. The larger, and deeper issue, by far, is , the use of these scandals, themselves, by haters of the Catholic Church’s opposition to the present malthusian program of genocide, a program of genocide which has been the chief motive of the British Royal House, in promoting the cause of global genocide, the cause which is the relevant major crime against humanity, dwarfing all other crimes today.

At this point, having said as much as I need say on the subject of pederasty as such, I cast aside all of the customary sorts of comment on this general category of subject-matter. I have some much more urgent business to which to attend in this matter.

Obama's Nazi Health Care Bill Will Bankrupt the States

March 28, 2010 (LPAC)—Details are starting to emerge of the financial burden that Obama's Nazi health care bill will impose on already bankrupt states. Under the new law, states have to expand their Medicaid rolls to include poor, childless adults, estimated to number 16 million nationwide. States will receive Federal funding, under the new law, to cover 100% of the costs of covering this population for the first three years of the program, but then the state share gradually increases until it reaches 10% in 2020.

The real worry of state officials, however, is the population that is eligible but not currently enrolled in Medicaid. There will be no federal subsidy to pay for expanding coverage to that population. Adding to the squeeze, is that states will also have to raise reimbursement rates to physicians to match those of Medicare. As with Medicaid coverage, the Federal government will cover 100% of the costs in the beginning, but then the states will be left with the burden.

If the news reports on this problem are any indication, most states are still grappling with the size of the problem, though a few examples stand out. Louisiana fears losing its state charitable hospital system for the poor, because of the Obama's large cuts in reimbursements to hospitals for treating the uninsured, called "DSH" payments. In Utah, state officials have calculated that they will have to come up with an extra $78 million in 2015 in the first year of the program, but don't have the money. Virginia expects to have to come up with an extra $1 billion by 2020, and Texas, $3.7 billion. Advocates for Obama's bill claim that the burdens will be much less than some states estimate, but these claims are based on fantasies about a non-existent economic recovery, so the reality is probably far worse than these reports from the New York Times and elsewhere suggest, with budget cuts already eliminating health-care infrastructure in many states.

Leaked Documents Spell Out Brutal Health Care Cuts In Britain

March 28, 2010 (LPAC)—The British government is planning brutal health care cuts, including cutting personnel by more than 10%, banning joint replacements and closing down wards and ambulances. Secret documents that have fallen into the hands of the Daily Telegraph which reveal that the government proposes to cut more than £20 billion from the National Health Service budget, including £5 billion in London alone. This includes a cut of 10,000 of the 100,000 NHS employees, the loss of thousands of hospital beds, reduction in ambulance call-outs, and replacing medical professionals by less-skilled assistants. The final details of the plans will not be released until next autumn, well after the general elections.

The documents were drafted by the Strategic Health Authorities of the NHS. One documents marked "restricted" and circulated among SHA directors states, "The financial environment demands that the trend in workforce growth must be reversed" and reduction of the workforce by 10% or "further" will be required. Community care budgets, which cover general practitioners' offices would be cut, and changes would include "how patients get in contact with and receive services, such as through greater use of the internet and email." SHA call for banning clinical procedures "that have little or no benefit to those receiving them, for example some joint replacements" (who the hell goes through total joint replacement surgery unless he or she needs it?). Ambulance calls and emergency rooms will be cut as well.

If America and China Cannot Collaborate, Mankind Will Become Ungovernable.

March 27, 2010 (LPAC)—Amidst the torrent of provocations seeking to drive China and the United States into confrontation to the benefit of the sinking British Empire, an Op-Ed written jointly by an American and a Chinese in China's People's Daily, the official voice of the ruling party, starkly defines the ultimate issue: "Ultimately, what is at stake in conflict between America and China over the value of China's currency and the other issues ... is whether mankind is governable. If America and China cannot be successful [in] economic and military allies in this century, then neither will have a sustainable basis for its economic or national security. If America and China cannot collaborate successfully, mankind will become ungovernable."

The authors, John Milligan-Whyte and Dai Min, founders of the Center for America-China Partnership, contend that "American policymakers are not yet successfully managing America's economic recovery, rising unemployment, [the] relationship with China, or the American people's fear of China. All of these dangerous economic and national security issues are interdependent. None can be solved unless they are all solved."

The authors show tremendous respect for America while they are saddened by how she has lost her way. "America is the most advanced of 192 nations. The Chinese admire it in so many ways. But, Chinese policymakers can only help create global stability to the degree that American policymakers use America's economic and military authority with moral authority that is charismatic rather than insulting, injurious and indifferent to China's wellbeing."

It is the world's crisis of disintegration that puts a sharp point on "hurt feeling" and "insults". "It is traumatically obvious to China and other nations that the world's leading economic and military superpower's current policies have damaged America and all other nations' economic and national security... American policies have made a nearly unsolvable mess of Americans' economic and national security. But American policymakers have the illusion that they have the duty and right to tell and, when necessary, as in the case of the value of China's Yuan, to force China to be a "responsible nation.'"
