LaRouche on U.K's NICE: These Bastards Will Hang for Their Crimes

December 29, 2009 (LPAC)—Kalipso Chalkidou, director of the International Division of the British National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) which is the model for and genesis of the Independent Medicare Advisory Board (IMAB) established in the U.S. Senate's health care, arrogantly brags that NICE pushes genocide "maturely."

In an October 9, 2009 interview with Reuters news agency, NICE International director Chalkidou coldly dismissed as "childish" charges that NICE is a "death panel." All countries have to ration health care, she asserted, describing NICE's purpose as overseeing the imposition of its health care "rationing" methods upon every nation on the Earth.

What she calls "rationing," is a euphemism for the Hitlerian philosophy that there are some lives "too costly" to be permitted to live. In the midst of the global breakdown crisis, this means one thing: genocide, on a scale far greater than Adolf Hitler ever dreamed.

NICE International is working with more than 60 countries, from the United States to China, she claims. Chalkidou told Reuters that NICE's main attributes are "its maturity and openness about how health authorities should approach a decision when faced with a drug that works well but is prohibitively expensive, or with one that only extends a patient's life by a matter of days or weeks."

Ten to fifteen years ago, talk of rationing health care was taboo, but "NICE has improved the quality of the discussion. Amongst policymakers now we can have a much more mature conversation. They openly state the need to "prioritise." What we are talking about is rationing. We are talking about a system where not everybody can get everything that may help them all of the time, irrespective of cost. There is no health system in the world that does not have to address this," the bitch intoned.

NICE's 11th annual conference December 2-3 in Manchester, England discussed the possibilities for the U.S. health care system being run directly by U.K.'s NICE, during a panel addressed by two Americans who loved this idea: Steve Pearson, President of Harvard's Institute for Clinical and Economic Review, and Sean Tunis, Director of the Center for Medical Technology in Baltimore. Pearson raised "the potential ... for collaboration between U.K. and U.S. health-care systems," suggesting that "this could involve developing a common set of criteria" for cost-effectiveness. Tunis and Pearson indicated that NICE guidance — that is, decisions on what technologies, medicines and procedures are "cost-effective" and thus permitted — is already being used to set U.S. policy.

American patriotic leader Lyndon LaRouche responded:

"We say: you sons of bitches, you lost Copenhagen: give it up! You lost Copenhagen; your arguments are nullified; you're finished; you're dead! You put everything on Copenhagen; you are dead! And if President Obama goes with this, he's politically dead, too! And if the Queen of England goes with this, she's politically dead, too!

"The American people are going to kill anybody who goes with NICE in the United States. NICE guidelines don't belong in the United States; anybody who says this, we're going to hang, and not in effigy! If you go with this bullshit, we consider you as Adolf Hitler's child. And, don't hang around with us!"

Nazi Reid: Impeach Him for Crimes Against Humanity! Indict Him! Try Him at Nuremburg!

December 29, 2009 (LPAC)-- Not only did Harry Reid jam through the Senate a Hitler-like health-care bill with its IMAC/IMAB death panels modeled on Hitler's "T4" genocide program of 1939. Not only did he jam it through, while keeping secret the Hitlerite "for all eternity to come" clauses, SIX of them, which would unconstitutionally prevent any future Senate or House of Representatives from ever challenging IMAC. (In correspondence below, Lyndon LaRouche shows that those "for all eternity to come" clauses are identical to clauses in the Lisbon Treaty through which the British Empire intends to keep continental Europe in colonial servitude "for all eternity to come.") Not only did Reid do all this; he did much, much worse. We just learned Monday evening that no one else but HARRY REID is the AUTHOR of those six "for all eternity to come" clauses. You can read each of them below. They will indeed hang around Harry Reid's neck "for all eternity to come."

They were not in the House bill, HR3962. Nor were they in the bill the Senate Finance Committee voted up. Then where did they come from? Simple! They were inserted in the secret, behind-closed-doors sessions run by Harry Reid, and only Harry Reid, in his office, before he first brought the so-called "health-care" bill onto the Senate floor!

"That's fascism!" LaRouche said. It makes him an Adolf Hitler offender; a Nuremberg offender. He should submit himself immediately for prosecution at a Nuremberg court!

"Therefore," LaRouche continued, "he has to be immediately impeached! For crimes against humanity. And the charge is not anything else but, 'for crimes against humanity!'

"This is explicit," LaRouche emphasized. "He's got a Hitler-style bill, a Hitler-style policy. The Hitler-style policy was condemned at Nuremberg, as a crime against humanity. If Harry Reid revives this kind of legislation, he's committing a crime against humanity, and should be indicted for that reason alone.

"This is British subversion of the U.S. Constitution," LaRouche added, "and therefore, anybody who proposes that, is potentially putting the British system in a state of war against the United States.

"We either stop this now," LaRouche specified, "or we go to a Nuremberg court trial, and hang all the bastards who support this bill. We go to a Nuremberg trial, and everyone who supports this, should be hung!"

On a related issue, of the blatant unconstitutionality of Reid's Nazi bill and its "perpetuity" clauses, LaRouche said, "the point is that, if the Supreme Court were to support that, the Supreme Court itself would be unconstitutional. That is crucial, because, if you don't make that qualification, you've lost the case.

"Any member of the Supreme Court who supports this, is, essentially, impeached immediately," LaRouche concluded. "He's axiomatically impeached, and not only impeached from decision in this case, but he's impeached from office."

LaRouche's Reply on the British Empire

All of the evidence leading into and coming out of the recent Copenhagen summit, shows that there is only major major force for true evil on the planet at this time: the current British empire, the only true empire existing on this planet today. This is not because the British empire is bad, but as the recent behavior of British puppet and U.S. President Obama shows, as through its population and health-care policies, it is more satanic, in its avowed current practices, than the Hitler regime was. "Britannia delenda...!"

This matter has two categorical implications. The first is the implication of the morally criminal actions against the United States and certain other nations by the British monarchy. The second, bearing on the four-power agreement of the USA, Russia, China, and India (representing the majority of the human race), actions needed to rescue the world from the presently onrushing dive toward the depths of a planetary new dark age,

THE BRITISH THREAT TO THE EXISTENCE OF OUR USA

Among the British aims for its pro-Satanic cause today, is the destruction of the United States from within, as is as the fact of the the pro-Satanic attachments, designed by the British government, and forced into the Senate version of the health-care bill shows.

Furthermore, the British actions, has used its puppet, President Obama, for this end, in pushing through that element of the Senate, not only showed the Satanic character of the relevant IMAB feature of the bill, shows this.

Compare the "for all eternity to come" in the British draft of the Lisbon Treaty with the same language within the Senate bill rammed through by the British asset known as the Obama Presidency. The attack on the very existence of our system of government, done in the way Britain has turned the European states of the Euro system into colonies of a European system by the non-Euro British pound sterling system, and comparing that language of that action against continental European states with identical formulation presented on behalf of the Lisbon treaty (but, a part rejected by the German court) of "for all eternity" with both the British Lisbon Treaty initiative and the declaration of the "for all eternity" Adolf Hitler dictatorship, we have both the essential Nazi character of the current British monarchy, and a virtual act of war against the United States.

The current British monarchy must now be brought down, and the current U.S. President obliged to abandon his present subservience to that British master of this moment.

Pending the completion of those purges, our United States must begin to act in accord with those realities.

THE FOUR-POWER PROJECT

To state facts in strict terms, the USA has been in a decades-long process of physical economic decline, since the day after FDR's death, when incoming President Harry Truman virtually kissed the butt of Winston Churchill, and acted to shut down the long-term economic-growth potential of the U.S.A., brought in those policies of the fruity John Maynard Keynes which FDR had suppressed on the occasion of the 1944 Bretton Woods conference, while Truman replaced FDR's anti-colonist policies by acting, in concert with Churchill to rebuild the British, French, and Dutch empires, and to attempt to maintain those empires by the extended use of military force. So, we nearly destroyed ourselves in a prolonged Indo-China war made possible by the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

By the beginning of 1965, the U.S. economy entered a phase of net shrinkage of its basic economic infrastructure; through British actions, lowering the pound, in the Autumn of 1967, the U.S.A. was plunged into that crisis of January-February 1958, which unleashed academic riff-raff such as Herbert Marcuse and the Weatherman terrorists, and, the U.S. dollar was sent into a slide by President Nixon, in August 1971. We in the U.S. have been in the grip of a breakdown-process since August 2007, and are on the verge of an actual breakup in the coming period.

The characteristic feature of this British-orchestrated post- war wrecking of the world's economic future is the dedication of the imperial policies of that monarchy represented by such as Prince Philip and his accomplice, former Hitler-man Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, the so-called "Bilderbergers." Already, with the adoption of the Lisbon Treaty, there are no actually sovereign nation- states existing in "Euroland."

As a result, there has been a strategic shift from an Atlantic, to a Pacific center of gravity of world economy, and also civilization. The United States must assume its proper place and role, together with the Russia, China, and India in leading mankind as a whole to an economic recovery from the disaster which continues to be launched by the Atlantic system.

Let's get the picture: First of all, what some of you still don't understand, even bright people, you still think in terms of kinematics, not dynamics, and this is typical. There are very few people- only by being pushed, do they ever get to dynamics. You're just not used to it. A former President doesn't really understand it, either, and they make mistakes.

All right, now what are we into? We saw a process last August, in which a lot of the American people went out to tell their Congress, "You - shut up! Now, listen: Here's what we want you to do for us, now you listen!" Okay, that process didn't end. It wasn't an "event": There was a process, where the American people were stirred up to the point, they were telling their representatives in the Congress, "You! Shut up. Listen -you're acting terribly. You're going to change now, aren't you? Here's what we want you to do, we want you to listen, and change your behavior."

Well, they didn't, did they? They still are playing the games, like the crazy thing - I mean, this idea of trying to push this health care through is a real piece of idiocy! Particularly at this stage.

Well, the process has gone on, since last August. It's undergone various transformations. Now, we're reaching the point that we're headed toward a breakdown. There's a breakdown crisis in process in Europe, there's a breakdown crisis in the Americas, there's a breakdown crisis inside the United States. We can not, at this point, assume, that unless we do what I will emphasize we must do, by the middle of January - no later - unless we do that, the United States will go down, and the world will go down, into a prolonged Dark Age. So people who have these ideas about step-by-step, the usual kinematic kind of thing, we'll do this, and then we'll do this, and then we'll do this - no! You won't do that.

What's going to have to happen, the first thing that's going to have to happen to do any damned good at all-any other measure's a waste of time-is to immediately install a transformation from a monetary system to a credit system. And this is done by the vehicle of a Glass-Steagall reform of the entire banking system. Which means that those parts of the banking system which do not conform to a Glass-Steagall standard are simply put aside; they don't count. And that would probably take a good deal of about $22-23 trillion worth of bailout money away-it would just fly away, a good deal of it. And then, we would turn around, on the same day virtually, and we would utter credit-system credit for large-scale programs. We would immediately install the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act of 2007, which should have been done then: because the housing crisis is very serious, right now, and there's no answer to it, except this.

First of all, you agree that you're going to change the U.S. system, from a monetary system, which it is now, to a credit system. And the credit system will conform to a Glass-Steagall standard for commercial banks. And we're concerned only about commercial banks, and also savings banks, of course; but, commercial banks. The Wall Street-type banks, they're on their own. If they can't meet up to the standard? That's it! We're going to write off trillions of dollars of phony-money debt, in order to save the world.

And this has to be done in the first weeks in January. This is the highest priority: This is emergency legislation, because if we don't do that, somewhere, maybe a little bit after the middle of January, or even possibly before, the whole system's coming down if we don't do it, beforehand..................
